We are a family of Argentines who are passionate about this region in the south of Argentina and Chile. I, Juan, was born in Bariloche in those years when it was not yet a tourist boom, as it has become in recent decades. As a child, I travelled through several areas of Argentinean and Chilean Patagonia, and when I grew up, I went back several times to inspect other less touristic places, but full of nature in its purest state.
Florencia, who accompanies me, was not born in Patagonia, but her grandmother and father, who lived for many years in Trelew, near Puerto Madryn, were. Since she was a child, she spent her summers on the wide Patagonian beaches such as Camarones and Playa Unión.
Already with one of our sons, Benjamin, we have once again travelled through vast regions, so that he has fallen in love with Patagonia as we have done since he was a child.
